Trishul Machine tool Pvt. Ltd. began as a tiny industry with a very meager investment in the year 1994. It developed the Polygon turning Machine in the year 1995 and today it is solely catering to the entire requirement of Polygon Turning Machines to the Indian manufacturing industry.

The Polygon Turning machine was originally designed as a special purpose machine to meet specific requirements of the customers. Over a period of time with the increase of orders, the need for standardization became imperative. The company then took up a major task of standardization of the product range. The products were standardized into 3 distinct models to meet the price performance ratio of the customers.

The products are very well accepted by the customers in India and abroad. About 40%-50% of the machines are being dispatched against repeat orders by the existing customers. The first overseas order for the machine came from United Kingdom in 2004, ever since the exports have grown consistently to customers in the USA, Turkey, U K Germany and China.

The company has recorded a consistent growth in excess of 30% over the years. From mere Rs 6.80 Lakhs in the first year of operation in 1994-95 the company has grown to a turnover of over 70 million for the year 2010-2011.

Trishul Machine Tools Pvt Ltd is in the business of manufacturing Polygon Turning Machines. The machines are sold all over India and in select countries abroad. The company will retain its leadership in Polygon Turning machines business in India and will work to expand the overseas market. The export shall be 50% of the total sales.

Employees and Welfare

The company provides direct employment to 25 people and indirect employment to over 150 people. The company employs 5 Engineers, 1 Accountant and 16 skilled workers. All the skills required are developed and acquired in house. Employees are encouraged to acquire new skills and continue education. There is a continues in-house training program in practice and the staff are deputed sent to various institutions / Seminars for training in specific topics from time to time.
